Arsenal drops to 7/2 after Bolton comeback
Tagged under: Premier League
Arsenal have dropped to best price 7/2 with Betfred to win the Premier League after jumping to the top of the table following their comeback against Bolton. The Gunners overcame a 2-0 deficit after just 28 minutes to record a 4-2 win at the Emirates, with goals from Tomas Rosicky, Cesc Fabregas, Thomas Vermaelen and Andrey Arshavin putting them ahead of Manchester United and Chelsea in the Premier League on goal difference. That has prompted bookies to drop prices on Arsene Wenger’s men from a high of 4/1 to 3/1 generally or 7/2 best price with Betfred. Arsenal remain third favourites however behind Chelsea and Manchester United, having played one game more than the Blues. Chelsea remain the favourites at 4/5 across the board whilst Sir Alex Ferguson’s champions have drifted out to a general price 3/1. United’s near neighbours City are next on the coupon but are a long shot at prices ranging from 20-33/1.
