Queens Park Rangers got back to winning ways on Boxing Day with an impressive 4-0 victory over high flying Swansea . Having lost their two previous games Neil Warnock will enjoy his letf over turkey after watching his side demolish Swansea with some brilliant attacking football . Adel Taraabt scored twice for Rangers as they stormed to an important confidence restoring win . Victory for Cardiff at home to Coventry and an away draw for Leeds meant that the lead at the top has been extended to four points with a further full programme of Championship games on Tuesday evening . Bookmakers reacted by cutting QPR to a best price 5/4 ( 888Sport and Blue Square) to win the Championship but the leaders do face stiff competition in this division . Leeds are the form team now and will fancy their chances of closing the gap on Tuesday when they entertain Portsmouth at Elland Road whilst QPR have to travel to Coventry . Leeds are deservedly odds on to beat Portsmouth and Simon Grayson's team may turn out to be the main challengers for the Championship title this season .
