Fresh from riding Continuous to success in the St Leger last Saturday, Ryan Moore is headed down under this weekend, booked for four rides at Rosehill in Australia.
With jockey James McDonald currently injured, Moore is racking up the air miles to ride Shinzo for Coolmore in the Group 1 Golden Rose Stakes.
And Moore is no stranger to Shinzo, having partnered him to victory in the Golden Slipper in March, again at Rosehill.
Trained by Chris Waller, Shinzo is the current 4/1 second-favourite for Saturday’s big race and looks to have an excellent chance in what looks like a hot renewal of the Golden Rose.
The big race is due off at 9.00am UK time, with $580,000 AUD on offer to the winner.
Interestingly, Waller has also booked Moore for three other rides - Mr Waterville in race three at 6.00am, Desert Icon in race five at 7.10am, and Zougotcha in race six at 7.45am.
