Special One Jose returns to face Chelsea

Jose Mourinho returns to the ground where he won two Premier League titles on Tuesday evening, as his Inter Milan side take a slim lead into the second-leg of their Champions League tie with Chelsea. The Portuguese supremo stoked the fires between himself and the Blues before their last meeting three weeks ago by claiming if they wanted to win more titles they should've kept him as manager. With the 'Special One' still retaining such a strong bond towards many current Chelsea players, such as John Terry, Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba, both sides are expected to give it there all in what has turned into a grudge match in West London. Italian football is experiencing one of its worst periods in modern times, with falling attendances, a failure to land big stars and a drop in Champions League achievement all contributing to the current malaise. But, if there is one person to spark a renaissance among the country it is surely Mourinho. He will be wary that AC Milan were walloped 4-0 by a Wayne Rooney-inspired Manchester United just last week, but expect Serie A leaders Inter to be much more solid than their city rivals. They're at 8/11 with Coral to progress to the next round and knock out Carlo Ancelotti's team. Ancelotti himself, who has won the Champions League twice in his time as manager of AC Milan, has however played down Mourinho's return and is confident of overturning the deficit. Ancelotti said: "It won't be difficult for the fans." "Before the game Mourinho will have a very good reception but after that Chelsea fans are Chelsea fans. I don't have a problem with Mourinho. "I have never had a problem with him. "It's a game between Chelsea and Inter, not me against Mourinho. "It's a game that will be a fantastic one. "We want to show our best. "I think if Chelsea play at their best we win. "We know it will be a difficult game against an excellent team, but I think we have a good possibility to do our best to win and go forward."
