The controversy over Cheryl Cole's decision to abstain from voting between Katie Waissel and Treyc Cohen continued yesterday as it was confirmed yesterday that ITV had received more than 1000 complaints from viewers and Ofcom more than 2000 complaints . Over 14 million people watched Sunday's show in which Cheryl Cole refused to send either of her two girls home and so abstained . This is apparently allowed under the X Factor show rules . Katie is again favourite to be eliminated from X Factor this week at best odds of evens with bookmaker William Hill . Free bets are available on the X Factor winner and next elimination with William Hill and other online bookies . It is rumoured that Katie will sing "the Bitch is Back" in Saturday's X Factor in a bid to show she has a sense of humour . The theme for this week's show is Elton John . 54 year old Brazilian Wagner Fuiza-Carrilho is second favourite to be eliminated this week but apparently increasing amounts of viewers are calling for Wagner Fuiza-Carrilho to win the show in a bid to annoy Simon Cowell and his record label, who would have to give the winner a deal. Whilst the next elimination keeps throwing up so many suprises it may well be worth backing an outsider for this week and Irish Tesco worker Mary Byrne who finished in the bottom two last weekend looks good value at 9/1 with William Hill as her popularity now seems to be dwindling .
