Harry Redknapp has been left scratching his head following inept performances at Bolton and at home to Sunderland, two games which produced just one point for Spurs following their well documented destruction of Inter in the Champions League the previous week. Harry's mind has been affected because he has publicly criticized Rafael van der Vaart for his lack of fitness, despite the Dutchman having scored in all six home games at White Hart Lane! Rafael might be a little ring rusty, though what Redknapp might have thought of some Tottenham players ('Sicknote' springs to mind) in the past would not have been for public airing! Blackburn were not hard pushed to secure all three points at Newcastle on Wednesday, recording their fifth straight win at St James' Park. Jason Roberts would be forgiven if he was disappointed at the thought of missing out on a first team position again, having come off the bench to secure Blackburn's last two victories. That said, Sam Allardyce will be hard pushed to change a winning team, especially as team news suggests that the Blackburn boss has (reportedly) no fresh injuries to concern him. A glance around the bookmaker’s odds revealed 6/1 about a Blackburn success which must represent value for money at the very least, especially as Rovers have a half decent record in north London, having scored twenty goals to Tottenham's twenty one at White Hart Lane in Premier League matches down the years. Sam's team are as short as 4/1 with a few high street bookmakers and with Rovers having secured two Premier League 'doubles' against Tottenham in the past (the same number as the hosts have achieved over Rovers), 6/1 is worth a small investment.
