Cue Card - Freebets

Cue Card returned to winning ways on Saturday and is 12/1 for the Arkle Chase at the Cheltenham Festival with Stan James who will give £150 free bets to new customers. Online bookmakers give new customers free bets which can be placed for the Cheltenham Festival and other horse racing meetings.

Cue Card will go for the Arkle Chase at the Cheltenham Festival in March having got back to winning ways over fences in the Betfred Goals Galore Novices' Chase at Newbury on Saturday.

His trainer, Colin Tizzard said after his four-length win: "I think we've been a little bit forgotten about this year. It was obvious we were trying to crank him up in distance, but looking at that we will bring him back and go down the Arkle route as he's got so much pace.

"Joe said in that ground he wasn't jumping the way he can but it looked all right to me. He'll have one more run and go for the Arkle."

Tizzard junior set out to make all against his three rivals and maintained his advantage turning into the home straight on the final circuit. Alan King moved Walkon to make a challenge at the third last but a blunder there and at two out ended his chances as the eventual winner made his way home.

For Non Stop tried to make a late bid to reel in Cue Card but Nick Williams' charge couldn’t only manage to reduce the seven-length gap to four lengths on the run-in. Walkon finished in his own time for third while Minella Class made a bad mistake in the back straight and unseated David Bass.

Cue Card is now best priced at 12/1 for the Arkle and spokesman Rory Jiwani said: "We've done well by taking on Cue Card in 2011 but our luck ran out on the last day of the year. Well done to the Tizzards with their stable star settling well and looking like the winner a long way out.

"We've cut him from 20/1 to 12/1 for the Arkle Chase and 6/1 for 10/1 for the Jewson Novices' Chase. Grands Crus is the 7/2 favourite for the two-and-a-half mile race but looks to have more likely options in the RSA Chase and the Gold Cup.

"We've trimmed For Non Stop in from 16/1 to 14/1 for the Jewson and pushed out Walkon from 8/1 to 12/1. Alan King's Grade 1-winning hurdler ran disappointingly in third and we've also eased him out from 20/1 to 25/1 for the Arkle."
