X Factor Betting Update

It’s all-change at the X Factor as the previous favourite, Tamera Foster, slips down the popularity ratings and 35-year-old Sam Bailey emerges as the potential winner of series 10.

The Top 3 Contenders

In a shock development, 16-year-old Tamera Foster landed in the last 2 on Saturday’s show and was saved by the judges’ votes as group Kingsland Road crashed out.  Bookmaker Ladbroke offers betting odds of 11/4 that Tamera will win X Factor 2013 with Sam Bailey and 16-year-old Scot Nicholas McDonald, at odds of 10/3, now ahead of her.  Nicholas has been called “Baby Buble” and the Big Band theme should really showcase his talent.

The Next Elimination

19-year-old Sam Callahan, part-time Essex barman, full-time self publicist and favourite punch bag for judge Gary Barlow, is tipped for elimination on Saturday with Ladbroke offering odds of 13/8 that he will go.  Abi Alton – who gave her best performance last Saturday for, wait for it, “I Will Survive” – is second favourite to leave at odds of 5/2.  The two 19-year-olds are joined in the bottom three by student Hannah Barrett, who is facing odds of 3/1 that she will depart the show.

The other competitors are considered to be unlikely to leave on Saturday, with the fourth favourite for elimination – Luke Friend – offered at considerably longer odds of 12/1 just now.

Who will win X Factor 2013?
