Chelsea have been one of the busiest during the summer transfer window for the upcoming Premier League season, bringing in the likes of La Liga winners Diego Costa, Filipe Luis and Cesc Fabregas for the new campaign where the Blues enter favourites with the bookmakers after their third place last year.
William Hill place the former three-time Premier League champions as this season's favourites at 15/8, also offering £50 in free bets for new customers betting on the 2014/15 campaign which you can read more about here.
The biggest signing has arguably been the arrival of former Arsenal star, Fabregas. The 27-year-old joined Chelsea for £30m earlier this summer, having found himself gradually moving in and out of Barcelona's first squad recently following his move to the Spanish giants in 2011.
Fabregas spent eight years at Arsenal in the Premier League, scoring 57 goals in 303 appearances during his time in England.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourihno said in a BT Sport Q&A session: "I spoke with him 20 minutes. I think he really wanted to come to us. As you know, Arsenal had an option where they could interfere, but I think he was not open to that."
Chelsea also swooped successfully for Atletico Madrid striker Costa and defender Luis, both having played significant roles in helping the Spanish club win the La Liga crown for the first time since 1996.
£32 million Costa - 6/1 to be the 2014/15 season's top goalscorer with William Hill - said: "I am very excited to get started in England with a fantastic coach and team-mates. Having played against Chelsea last season I know the high quality of the squad I am joining."
The biggest surprise could be still to come, as former Stamford Bridge hero Didier Drogba is close to considering a return to the club for one year after becoming a free agent from Galatasaray, having previously scored 157 goals during his eight years with Chelsea.
With returns come departures, the biggest being the club's top goalscorer Frank Lampard who looks set to complete a move to MLS side New York FC in the non-too-distant future.
Demba Ba meanwhile has departed the Blues after consistently being outed as a substitute since his transfer from Newcastle in 2013, finding comfort from a £4.7m move to Turkish club, Besiktas. David Luiz also leaves the side after a £50 million move to French club, Paris Saint-Germain.
As well as £50 free bets for new customers, William Hill offer several promotions that will run through the new season including accumulator insurance, Bore Draw refunds and a Goalscorer Second Chance Bonus that returns a refund of up to £50 should your first choice net the second goal of the match.
The new season kicks off on Saturday 16 August 2014, Chelsea facing the task of recently-promoted Burnley away at Turf Moor.
