Use Sporting Bet for your Capital One Cup Fourth Round acca to get the best of both worlds, with a 25% cash bonus on winnings or money back as a free bet if just one selection lets you down.

Sporting Bet offer acca insurance of up to £25 free bet refund on losing 5-Fold or bigger accumulators when just one team lets you down on top of a 25% cash bonus up to £1000 on any winnings. In both instances your acca must consist of at least 5 selections, each with minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5) placed via online, mobile or tablet. Both pre-game and in-play bets qualify for each promotion and this week's League Cup action is the perfect opportunity to make use of them.

Tuesday's Capital One Cup Matches

Everton v Norwich City

The Toffees are without a win in their last three outings and come into this game on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Arsenal, while Norwich have failed to win in four matches and Saturday's 0-1 loss to West Brom was their third defeat in a row.

Hull City v Leicester City

Hull have already knocked Swansea out of the cup during their eight match unbeaten run and head into the game having kept a clean sheet in back to back wins, though high-flying Leicester have lost just once this season and will head to the KC Stadium in confident mood.

Sheffield Wednesday v Arsenal

Sheff Wed edged Newcastle 0-1 in the previous round and have been in good form of late to go unbeaten in their last eight matches, but few would bet against Arsenal ending that streak at Hillsborough and the Gunners are heavy favourites here.

Stoke City v Chelsea

Stoke's winning run was brought to an abrupt halt when they lost 0-2 at home to Watford at the weekend and Mark Hughes will be looking for a reaction from his side. Chelsea are in turmoil at the moment and are probably worth avoiding on that basis, despite having the stronger squad on paper.

Wednesday's Capital One Cup Matches

Liverpool v AFC Bournemouth

Liverpool are yet to win under Jurgen Klopp and Sunday's 1-1 with Southampton means they have now drawn each of their last five matches. Bournemouth have shipped ten goals in just two games and are beginning to struggle for form in the top flight, this could be another long night for the Cherries.

Manchester City v Crystal Palace

Man City remain top of the Premier League on goal difference after playing a dull 0-0 draw with Man Utd on Sunday and are unbeaten in their last five matches. Palace suffered a second consecutive defeat away at Leicester on Saturday and the Eagles will need to make the most of any opportunities that come their way to take anything from this game.

Southampton v Aston Villa

Saints left it late to steal a point at Liverpool, but in doing so have extended their unbeaten streak to five matches and should be relatively well fancied against a managerless Aston Villa side that has won just once in normal time since the opening day of the season.

Manchester United v Middlesbrough

Man Utd remain two points off the pace in the Premier League after Sunday's 0-0 draw with Man City and are unbeaten in three matches. Middlesbrough's 1-3 triumph at Wolves was their first win in four games, though this looks a much tougher test for the Championship side.
