Grand Slam of Darts Preview & Latest Odds
Michael van Gerwen is still searching for his first Grand Slam of Darts title and it is the only televised PDC tournament that he is yet to win, so expect tournament favourite MVG to go all out to claim one of the only titles that still eludes him. Coral fully expect the Dutch Darts maestro to be in with a chance of victory, which is why they are offering new customers an enhanced 10/1 van Gerwen to win the Grand Slam of Darts title (from 13/8 - subject to fluctuation.)
Phil "The Power" Taylor goes into the Wolverhampton tournament as defending champion - after he won the 2014 Grand Slam of Darts with a 16-13 triumph over Dave Chisnall to retain his title and win the competition for a sixth time. The 14-time World Champion won three successive Grand Slam of Darts titles between 2007-2009, so Coral make him second favourite to repeat that feat once more with Taylor 3/1 to win the 2015 tournament.
Elsewhere, current World Champion and Premier League Darts winner Gary Anderson is 9/2 to win the 2015 Grand Slam of Darts title, while Adrian Lewis (16/1), James Wade and Peter Wright (both 20/1) will hope they can claim the trophy for themselves.
Chisnall is also 20/1 to go one better that last year's runners-up spot, while Kim Huybrechts - who threw a nine-dart finish in his 16-10 quarter-final win over van Gerwen last year - is 40/1 to produce more success in the Grand Slam of Darts by scooping the main prize in Wolverhampton on Sunday November 15.
