England look to try different options against Turkey
England manager Roy Hodgson still has many decisions to make on his squad and preferred line-up, so the game against Turkey may be an excellent opportunity to try his two hottest strikers alongside each other

With Wayne Rooney, Marcus Rashford and probably Daniel Sturridge rested due to their end of season cup final exploits, the path could be clear for Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy to demonstrate to Roy Hodgson that they can play together.
The two who ended the season as Premiership Golden Boot winner and runner-up are among the hottest strikers in Europe right now, but as a partnership they are largely untested. Playing against a team that has not conceded more than once in a game since November 2014 will be a good test.
Turkey’s last few games haven’t been against the cream of world football, but useful wins against Sweden and Euro 2016 dark horses Austria and Iceland have seen them rise to 13 in the FIFA world rankings.
Turkey also have lost players due to end of season commitments with their clubs, including national captain Arda Turan, who is in the Barca squad for the Copa Del Rey final against Sevilla.
Both teams will be looking to finalise their squads and teams ahead of Euro 2016, so there will be probably be a lot of players out there looking to confirm their inclusion on the planes to France in the next few weeks.
