Celebrity Splits and Reconciliations – All The Odds from Paddy Power

With the split of Cheryl and Ashley all over the media at the moment , Paddy Power have opened a book on which celebrity couple will get back together first .

With the split of Cheryl and Ashley all over the media at the moment, and with reporters keen to jump on any rumour of possible disharmony as with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, it has been a pleasant change to see the reunion of Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton with Pussycat Doll singer Nicole Scherzingher after their break up earlier in the year. Although they were constantly together during 25-year-old Hamilton’s winning streak in 2008, when he was crowned world champion in Brazil, they went their separate ways due to the discomfort caused by the pressure of a long-distance relationship. They are now reconciled and ready to give it another go, just in time to see Hamilton begin competing in this year’s Formula One races.

With this breath of fresh air from the world of celebrity romance, Paddy Power is up and running wondering which star couple will be next to try again. Despite tabloid rumours of the imminent split of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, recent news places them still together in Paris and having a whale of a time. Jolie presence in the French capital is due to her role in the upcoming film “The Tourist” which is shooting in the city, and Pitt has accompanied her. They have been spotted shopping around the city with daughters Shiloh and Zahara. Nevertheless, Paddy Power’s top odds for the next celebrity couple to get back together are on Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston at 3/1; this could be slightly difficult with the former decidedly not single, and the latter back on in an on-off relationship with 300 star Gerard Butler.

Angelina Jolie also features in the list of possible make-up candidates, with odds of 10/1 on a reunion with ex Billy Bob Thornton. Surprisingly, in spite of their aggressive campaign against one another, Katie Price and Peter Andre have slightly better odds at 8/1. At the other end of the spectrum, couple-from-hell Heather Mills and Paul McCartney have a 500/1 chance of getting back together. The bets apply to the next couple to officially start dating after February 23rd 2010.
