At 00:05 Denver Nuggets go up against the Indiana Pacers’ league-leading defence at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Pacers have only lost back-to-back games once this season and will hope to avenge the 109-96 defeat to Nuggets from last month. The hosts needed overtime to beat Portland Trail Blazers on Friday, whil Nuggets need to get back on track after a 126-109 defeat to Detroit Pistons on Saturday. This game will certainly be interesting as Nuggets are in the top 10 league offences, but will they be able to break-through the Pacers defence?
If that match-up doesn’t interest you, the other 00:05 game sees New Orleans Pelicans travel to face Toronto Raptors. Raptors have been on a five-game road trip and will be glad to be in familiar surroundings at Air Canada Centre after their 118-105 loss to LA Clippers on Friday. After winning six of their previous eight games, Pelicans never recovered from a slow start and lost 93-81 to Brooklyn Nets on Sunday. They don’t have time to lick their wounds as Raptors will be looking to capitalise on their home advantage and this looks like being a tough game for the visiting side.
At 00:35 San Antonio Spurs make the journey to The Palace of Auburn Hills to take on Detroit Pistons who have just parted company with Maurice Cheeks. The hosts had been improving and are still in with a shot at the play-offs, but they will be hard-pressed to follow up their win over Nuggets against Spurs without a permanent coach. The visitors had Tim Duncan back on form after a rest and his tally of 16 points and 13 rebounds helped San Antonio Spurs to a 104-100 victory over Charlotte Bobcats on Saturday.

Milwaukee Bucks play host to Boston Celtics at 01:05 in the BMO Harris Bradley Center and may be missing yet another player with Larry Sanders rated as doubtful. Bucks lost 101-95 to Houston Rockets on Saturday and just can’t seem to catch a break with injuries at the moment. Brandon Knight scored 23 points and Khris Middleton added 20, but Milwaukee could not recover from a bad start. Boston Celtics were too strong for Sacramento Kings on Friday, but could not follow up their 99-89 success as Dallas Mavericks ran out 102-91 winners on Sunday. Jeff Green managed 18 points, the same total he registered in Celtics’ 108-100 victory over Bucks in December and he could be the key man again in this meeting.
The final game of the night sees struggling Philadelphia 76ers travel to face injury-hit Golden State Warriors at 03:35. The Warriors will be without David Lee and Andrew Bogut is a doubt, but even their most pessemistic fans will be confident they can avoid a third loss in four games. The visitors are on a six game losing streak and were beaten by the biggest margin of the season when going down 78-123 to LA Clippers on Sunday, so look ripe to oppose at ORACLE Arena.
