Manchester City’s potential Champions League round of 16 opponents confirmed

As ever, Pep Guardiola’s team cruised through the UEFA Champions League group stages, winning all six matches, following Wednesday evening’s 3-2 victory over Crvena zvezda at the Marakana.

Thus, the Sky Blues are through to the round of 16 for an 11th successive season, with these the teams they could draw on Monday at 11am (GMT).

  • FC København
  • PSV Eindhoven
  • Napoli
  • Internazionale Milano
  • Lazio
  • Paris Saint-Germain
  • FC Porto

This means a repeat of last season’s final could be on the cards, after Inter failed to top their section.

Man City have also faced København, Napoli, PSG and Porto in recent times, but could meet PSV or Lazio for the very first time.

First legs: 13, 14, 20 & 21 February.

Second legs: 5, 6, 12 & 13 March.
