Manchester United injury news

Here is the latest Manchester United injury news ahead of Saturday’s home clash with Everton.

Goalscorer Marcus Rashford was spotted struggling with an injury of some kind during the first half of the Manchester derby, before coming off with 20 minutes left.

It has been confirmed by the club that Rashford did suffer a problem but the exact nature of it is yet to be revealed, suggesting he is a doubt to face Everton.

Rasmus Hojlund is one week into his recovery from a muscle injury, which was initially set to take between two weeks and a month to overcome. As a result, he could return vs Everton but the end of this month seems a more realistic option.

Finally, Lisandro Martinez is now at the halfway point of the eight-week time frame he was ruled out for after picking up a knee injury in the win over West Ham. He is touted to return at some point in April.
