We head to the NBA tonight to take in Wednesday’s action on the courts and we have picked out a four team acca to concentrate on, which pays 10/1!
- Celtics -3.5 (@ Pacers)
- Mavericks money line (@ Knicks)
- Lakers -2.5 (@ Kings)
- Bulls money line (vs Nets)
Wednesday’s 10/1 NBA Acca
Boston Celtics -3.5 (@ Pacers)
We kick off our acca with the Boston Celtics, who take on the Indiana Pacers for the second time this week, after the Celtics picked up a victory on Monday night.
The win on Monday was by three points, so the handicap line is set right here, but if there is a team that will come out and play better here, we fancy it to be the Celtics.
Offensively, the Celtics were good, but defensively, they can be a lot better. That is where we fancy them to win this game by a bigger margin, better defensive play and this could be an easy night for the Celtics.
Dallas Mavericks money line (@ Knicks)
Overall, there’s not too much separating the Mavericks and Knicks when you look at the rosters, but given their current make up the Mavericks have the edge.
New York are still missing players, despite getting a little healthier, while the Mavericks are on their best winning streak of the season, winning their last six games.
That streak includes a big win over the Chicago Bulls in their most recent game, the team that leads the Western Conference right now. Given the current form Dallas are showing, we like them here on the money line to win in New York.
LA Lakers -2.5 (@ Kings)
The LA Lakers have all the scoring ability in the world, but continue to struggle with gaining any kind of momentum, and most of that is down to the amount of points they are conceding. However, we are hoping that doesn’t stop them when they face the Sacramento Kings.
The Kings have lost their last five games, and the first of those losses was an eight point defeat against the LA Lakers. The game was a shootout, the Lakers weren’t great defensively, but simply kept scoring and the Kings couldn’t keep up.
Another game like that, and the Lakers are fancied to win, but there is also the chance they will defend better, do that, and it further enhances their chances of winning, so we like the Lakers on the handicap line in this one.
Chicago Bulls money line (v Nets)
We round things off with what should be a fantastic game at the top of the Eastern Conference, current leaders Chicago take on Brooklyn.
If you are asking which of these is the best team in the long run, Brooklyn is certainly the answer, but right now, Chicago are fancied to beat them.
The Bulls have won nine of their last 10 games, they are flying right now and with home court advantage, we like them to keep that going. The Nets are 4-6 in their last 10, and were beaten by Portland two nights ago.
It is likely the Nets will eventually get going, and sort out their consistency issues, but that won’t happen overnight, and we like the Bulls to beat them to round off our Wednesday night NBA acca.
