Irish bookmaker Paddy Power has declared that it continues to lead in mobile gambling in an announcement made by the firm earlier today.
Customers can access sportsbook betting, games and casino products via Paddy Power Apps for iOS or Android as well as a mobile optimised version of the website. Paddy power has seen 56% of revenue come through these channels in the last 20 weeks ending November 16th.
A rise of 42% in revenues with a 49% increase in sportsbook and 20% growth in eGaming/B2B was also revealed in the interim trading announcement. “We lead the industry on penetration of the key mobile sector, with 58% of our total online revenue from mobile devices in the period,” a Paddy Power statement said.
This announcement from Paddy Power sees them remain out in front, but Skybet and Betvictor are thought to have similar mobile revenue share figures.
Strong mobile growth has also been reported in Paddy Power’s gaming division which has been attributed to the company’s switch to a single sign-on. Having integrated Casino and Sportsbook products, links to roulette, blackjack and other casino content now appear at the bottom of the sportsbook app enabling customers to load up the games by simply clicking the tabs that appear beside the notifications tab at the bottom of the homepage.
Paddy Power has one of the biggest mobile gaming app portfolios with Live Casino, Casino, Bingo, Vegas and Games alongside its stand-alone Rainbow Riches slot app.
New Sportsbook customers are also welcomed with one of the most generous sign-up offers around at the moment; Bet £10 get £20 in free bets. Paddy’s penchant for giving punters a fair-deal means there is no shortage of bonuses and money back offers to enjoy when having a bet on a variety of sporting events.
