Scottish Premiership Preview: Aberdeen v Celtic

There’s another full schedule of matches in the Scottish Premiership this evening, and league leaders Celtic travel north to take on Aberdeen at Pittodrie.

Having wrestled top spot in the table from Rangers last Wednesday, the Hoops will be looking to notch up another victory at a traditionally happy hunting ground for them.

The Dons haven’t managed a home win over Celtic since 2016, and there’s no reason to believe they can stop a red-hot Hoops side this evening.

Celtic are demolishing all they meet currently – winning 14 of their last 15 matches and scoring at least two goals in all their away league matches this season bar two.

We’re once again siding with Celtic corners, a profitable angle in recent weeks, and they’re 15/8 at Betfair for over four first-half corners.

The Hoops regularly hit double figures for corners, and on their last two visits to Pittodrie, they’ve bagged seven and five in the first half alone.

And Liel Abada looks overpriced at 12/5 with Betfair to get on the scoresheet this evening.

In recent weeks he’s been in electric form, scoring four goals and providing three assists in his last four appearances.

And the Israeli wide man will fancy his chances of bagging against a Dons side that have conceded in their previous six league matches.
