Moussa Diaby injury latest
Aston Villa have a few injury concerns ahead of facing Zrinjski Mostar. Boubacar Kamara and Moussa Diaby picked up injuries during Villa’s 6-1 drubbing of Brighton on Saturday.
Unai Emery was asked after full-time why he took Kamara and Diaby off late on and said: “I think he (Diaby) has some pain, but I don’t think it’s relevant for the next games. Kamara as well, hopefully not important. We think it’s not important but we will check it.”
Whilst it seems like relatively good news for that duo, winger Leon Bailey remains sidelined by a thigh strain and Alex Moreno is not set to return until after the international break. Tyrone Mings and Emi Buendia are also long-term absentees.
