West Ham set record vs Arsenal

Both Arsenal and West Ham made changes for Wednesday’s match but it was clear the Gunners were affected the most. Ben White scored an own goal after 16 minutes to put David Moyes’ side in front despite not having a shot on target before that point.

Mohammed Kudus then doubled the home side’s lead five minutes into the second half before Jarrod Bowen killed the game off 10 minutes later.

Substitute Martin Odegaard pulled one back for Arsenal in injury time but it was too little, too later.

Following the London derby, it has been revealed that West Ham have recorded their biggest home win over Arsenal across any competition in the Premier League era.
