The Redbet Refund bonus is equal to 100% of your first placed qualifying losing bet up to €20.
The Redbet Refund has to be claimed by contacting our customer support department here and must be claimed within 48 hours of the event finishing.
We will endeavour to credit the bonus to your account within 24 hours of receiving a valid claim.
The bonus money needs to be wagered at least 11 times in order to be able to be withdrawn. In order for a bet to count towards the wagering requirement, the bet has to be at odds 1.5 or higher.
