Six Nations Supercomputer Predicts France to Finish Top
Can Anyone Stop France?
France are the 13/8 favorites to finish at the top of the 2025 Six Nations table, ahead of Ireland, the number 2 side in the World Rugby Rankings. Free Bets, with the help of a supercomputer, attempted to accurately predict who is going to win this year's Six Nations, and it's not good news for England rugby fans.
Sitting second in the world rankings, behind the triumphant Springboks, it’s a bit of a surprise that the Irish aren’t odds-on favorites to win this year's tournament.
The Six Nations will start with Wales taking on France in Paris on Friday, 31st Jan. Scotland then take on Italy at Murrayfield, and Ireland face England in Dublin on Saturday, 1st Feb.
Six Nations 2025: Who Are the Bookies Backing?
Despite not being favorites in the Rugby Betting, Ireland aren’t far behind France, sitting at 7/4.
England are 4/1 to finish top, but their road to the Six Nations has been rocky. They suffered narrow losses to Australia (37-42), the All Blacks (22-24), and the Springboks (29-29) during their Autumn campaign, with their only victory coming against Japan (59-14).
Scotland are 7/1 after winning only two games in last year’s campaign—30-21 against England and 27-26 against Wales.
Wales, after finishing bottom in the 2023 series, sit at 25/1, while Italy, the tournament underdogs, are a long shot at 150/1.
Six Nations 2025 Winner Odds
The 8th of March sees a massive showdown between Ireland and France at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin—arguably one of the most exciting clashes of the tournament.
A Tournament to Watch
One of the best events on the sporting calendar runs until March 15th, when England play in Cardiff, Scotland head to Paris, and Ireland travel to Rome.
With teams looking to build momentum from their Autumn International performances, this year's tournament promises to be full of surprises. Will France live up to the prediction, or can Ireland claim the three in a row? It is all to play for in this year's Guinness Six Nations!
