Monday’s Acca Betting Tips:

Pacos Ferreira to beat Boavista

Boavista might have a decent record over the visitors in recent games, but we expect Pacos Ferreira to take the points on Monday evening.

Pacos edged out Famalicao 2-0 in their opening league match and they’ll want to keep that winning run going as they eye up their Europa Conference League clash with Spurs later this week.

Boavista meanwhile looked woeful in attack in their 3-0 loss to Gil Vicente and having been under a FIFA transfer ban, their limited squad is likely to come up short again.

Villarreal to beat Granada

Villarreal put in a solid effort against Chelsea in the UEFA Super Cup last week and they can get their La Liga campaign off to a winning start here against Granada.

The visitors posted the worst defensive record in La Liga last term and won just four times on the road, they’re facing a Villarreal side that have scored at least two goals in four of the last five games between the two clubs.

Elche & Athletic Bilbao to draw

Both these sides will be hoping for a positive start to the season following disappointing campaigns last term and a draw looks on the cards at the Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero tonight.

Despite finishing 17th, Elche lost just six times at home last season while Athletic Bilbao won just three of their 19 away trips.

In what’s likely to be a cagey opening match, we’re fancying the points to be shared.
