Friday’s Acca Betting Tips:

Athletic Bilbao to beat Cadiz

Cadiz are slowly slipping into trouble as “Second Season Syndrome” rears its ugly head.

It’s just one win in 12 for Los Piratas and they’ve sunk to 18th in the division.

Bilbao have lost just once in 11 outings and are up to eighth in La Liga without setting it on fire.

The hosts have the joint-best defence in the league which should show for something.

Empoli v Genoa – Draw

Empoli are either hot or cold this season – nothing in between.

Along with Fiorentina, they are the only sides without a draw in Serie A after 11 games.

Despite this, they have the worst home record in the league losing five of six and Genoa will smell a chance.

Genoa are the only side yet to score first in a Serie A match this season so may need a nudge to get the ball rolling.

We’re expecting these two to cancel each other out.

Borussia M’Gladbach to beat Mainz

Despite mounting injury concerns, Borussia Monchengladbach will travel to Mainz with confidence.

The hosts may be flying high just outside the Champions League spots, but they’ve registered their wins against weak Bundesliga sides in flat-track bully style.

M’gladbach have taken 13 points from 15 available in recent meetings with Mainz and are still on Cloud 9 after embarrassing Bayern Munich 5-0 in the cup.
