Sunday’s Acca Betting Tips:

Croatia to beat Russia

It’s a battle-royal in Split as Croatia and Russia clash with the hosts needing a victory to leapfrog the visitors and grab the top spot in the group and an automatic World Cup spot.

And Croatia are unbeaten at home in qualifying with three wins and can out-battle the Russian’s who may arrive looking to hold on for the point that would see them through.

Leroy Sane to score against Armenia

Despite having already qualified for the World Cup, Germany still fielded a strong lineup in their 9-0 thrashing of Liechtenstein on Thursday and we expect another bold showing against Armenia.

Leroy Sane bagged twice against Liechtenstein and has six goals in his last six starts for club and country – he looks an excellent price to keep that run going against the Armenian’s.

Romania -2 v Liechtenstein

Romania may have to rely on results elsewhere to seal a World Cup play-off spot, but they also have to make sure they defeat Liechtenstein and we expect a one-sided contest in Vaduz.

The hosts have lost each of their last three matches by at least three goals, including a 9-0 demolition by Germany on Thursday, while Romania have won three of the five previous meetings between these sides by at least three goals.

Slovenia v Cyprus – over 2.5 goals

This may be a meaningless class in Ljubljana but we expect goals as Slovenia take on Cyprus.

At least three goals have been scored in Slovenia’s last four matches while Cyprus have conceded three goals or more in four of their last seven away games.

North Macedonia to beat Iceland

North Macedonia are on the brink of securing a World Cup play-off and they know a victory over Iceland in Skopje will see them in the draw.

Blagoja Milevski’s side have won two of their last three qualifying matches, keeping clean sheets in both victories and they can edge out an Iceland side that have failed to score in three of their previous four away games.
