Mister Wall Street is tipped to get the better of warm favourite Everylasting in the Sports Domes Seaton Carew Handicap Chase at 3.25 Sedgefield on Tuesday afternoon.
The market leader arrives in good heart after a drop back in trip saw the 7-year-old bay gelding finally get off the mark at this venue a fortnight ago, but Everylasting comes up against some more battle-hardened rivals today and while it's not unfeasable that he will cope with an 11lb rise in the weights, it could pay to look elsewhere.
Peachy Moment is disputing favouritism, but will have to concede weight all round. The 9-year-old drops back in trip after an unsuccessful attempt over 3 miles at Perth three weeks ago and races off 6lb higer than his win over today's distance at Bangor-on-Dee in August.
The one to focus on then, is Mister Wall Street at a stand out price of 5/1 with 888Sport. The 9-year-old travelled smoothly when finishing first of thirteen over 2 miles 5 furlongs at Hexham in June and put in another good jumping display for third off his revised mark at Bangor-on-Dee when last seen in July. The Rebecca Menzies-trained gelding has been freshened up after a break and should go well again at a decent price.
Elsewhere in the field, Cara Court looks a risky prospect on the basis of some suspect jumping and a laboured effort at this track last time, while Fitandproperjob steps back up in trip after twice finding one too good in recent weeks, but would prefer some cut in the ground and on good going it's Mister Wall Street who gets the vote.
