Sunday’s Acca Betting Tips:

Japan v Mexico – both teams to score

Both sides kicked-off their Olympic campaigns with victories – Mexico impressively seeing off France 4-1 while Japan edged out South Africa 1-0.

The Mexicans have now seen both teams score in four of their last five matches and they’re taking on a Japan side that have scored nine goals in their last four games.

With both sides full of confidence, we’re expecting an open game with plenty of scoring chances.

Saudi Arabia v Germany – over 2.5 goals

Having lost their opening matches, both these teams will be aiming for a victory to get their tournament back on track, and once more, we’re expecting goals.

The Germans should be a class above Saudi Arabia here and we can see them winning by 2 or 3 goals, while the Saudis could well get on the scoresheet having scored in their opener against the Ivory Coast.

St Pauli v Holstein Kiel – both teams to score

This duo will be hoping for a strong start to the new Bundesliga 2 season and we’re backing both sides to nab at least a goal this afternoon.

St Pauli have only managed four clean sheets in their last 19 home league games and are facing a Holstein Kiel side that saw both teams score in six of their last seven away league games.

Hearts to beat Inverness Caledonian Thistle

Hearts take on Inverness at Tynecastle in the Scottish League Cup and we can’t see anything other than a home win on the cards.

Robbie Neilson’s side are on a run of eight games without defeat and without conceding and are taking on a Caley side that have only managed to draw with League Two Stirling Albion and lose to League One Cove Rangers.

Chuck into the mix that Hearts are 12 games unbeaten against Inverness in all competitions and this should be a comfortable win for the Jambos.
