Manchester City v Club Brugge Bet Builder Betting Tip:

Manchester City to win by 2 or more goals

Man City won 5-1 away in Brugge a fortnight ago and it would be fanciful to suggest that the Belgians are going to put up much more resistance away from home.

City have a ruthless edge in Europe this season and will be eager to find momentum again after recent losses to West Ham and Crystal Palace.

A win by 2 or more goals feels conservative enough even if Pep Guardiola decides to play Pep Roulette with his starting eleven.

Raheem Sterling to score anytime

Raheem Sterling is due a start for City.

Pep may not completely trust him like he did a couple of seasons back, but the 26-year-old is still more than capable of positively influencing games.

Just one goal all season isn’t a true reflection of his threat in front of goal – we expect him to double his tally on Wednesday.

Jack Hendry to be booked

Six years ago, Jack Hendry made his debut for Partick. By 2016, he was enjoying loans at Shrewsbury and Milton Keynes. Now – following spells with a plethora of other clubs – he’s duelling with Manchester City in the Champions League.

The Scot will be eager to impress in front of a British audience.

He’s got a taste for a challenge following a weekend booking against Sint-Truiden and will have his hands full against an intelligent City attack.
