Rangers are eyeing up a place in the Champions League group stages this season but first they’ve got to negotiate some tough hurdles in the qualifiers, starting with Tuesday’s clash against Malmo.
Malmo have previous when comes to destroying Scottish sides’ dreams – knocking Rangers out of the Champions League in 2011, Celtic in 2015, and hammering Hibs 9-0 in Europa League qualifying in 2013.
Steven Gerrard will be hoping for more luck this time around and will be aiming to secure a positive result to take back to Ibrox.
We’ve put together a 10/1 Bet Builder for what should be an exciting clash.

Malmo v Rangers Bet Builder Betting Tip:
Malmo & Rangers to draw
Rangers are favourites to progress but they might not have things all their own way in the first-leg against a Malmo side that are unbeaten in their last seven matches.
Steven Gerrard’s side were unbeaten in seven Europa League away games last season and with some key players missing on Tuesday, we expect them to settle for a draw and then seal their passage to the next round in the second-leg.
Both teams to score
We are expecting goals in the Eleda Stadion though – both teams have scored in three of Malmo’s Champions League qualifiers this season, while both teams have scored in nine of the last 14 Rangers away games.
Both these sides getting on the scoresheet on Tuesday looks like a solid play.
Antonio-Mirko Colak to score
Colak has been in superb form in the Champions League qualifying – scoring three goals in Malmo’s four matches so far.
He’s also helped himself to seven goals in 11 league appearances to date this season and he’ll be aiming to add to that impressive tally against Rangers.
