Fulham are ready to continue to bask in the glow of promotion to the Premier League when they host high-flying Nottingham Forest on Tuesday evening.

Forest have already guaranteed a play-off berth and they will be hoping to reel in Bournemouth, although they will have to bridge a five-point gap with four games remaining.
