Chelsea v Tottenham Bet Builder Betting Tip:

Romelu Lukaku to score

Romelu Lukaku has got some making up to do inside Stamford Bridge.

The Belgian has been in hot water this week following his controversial interview regarding his time at Inter, but a goal against Chelsea’s bitter rivals will go some way to rectifying a problematic week.

Lukaku has looked good on the pitch since his return from Covid-19 scoring against Aston Villa and Brighton over the festive period.

We expect Thomas Tuchel to attempt to nip this issue in the bud and start Lukaku on Wednesday night and he’ll be eager to impress.

Marcos Alonso to be booked

A season-long injury to ben Chilwell has forced Marcos Alonso into overtime this season.

The Spaniard has always been a little suspect in defence, with his best work coming marauding down the flanks and on set pieces.

He’ll have his work cut out against Conte’s more fluid attack and a booking looks likely to add to his five since September.

Both teams to score

Chelsea’s stubborn defence appears to be a thing of the past.

The Blues have kept just two clean sheets in their last eleven outings and Spurs are playing with enough confidence to push the home side if given the opportunities.

BTTS screams out in a first leg tie where both teams will try and set the narrative.
