Celtic travel to the Czech Republic as they look to kick-start their season with a win in Europa League qualifying.
The Hoops are very much a work in progress currently but on the back of two big signings this week they’ll be looking to put in a big performance against Jablonec.
And we’ve put together a 24/1 Bet Builder for tonight’s big match.
- Celtic to beat Jablonec
- Both teams to score
- Callum McGregor to score
Jablonec v Celtic Bet Builder Betting Tip:
Celtic to beat Jablonec
Celtic are yet to win under new boss Ange Postecoglou after three competitive games but we expect them to get off and running for the season against Jablonec tonight.
The Czech’s haven’t managed a win in European competition since their one appearance in the group stages of the Europa League in 2018.
We expect Celtic to just shade this one and take one step closer to the group stages.
Both teams to score
We expect goals in the Stadion Střelnice tonight in what will hopefully be an entertaining clash.
Both teams scored in all three of Celtic’s competitive matches so far this season and the Hoops have only failed to score in just one of their last five away games.
Jablonec meanwhile have scored in each of their last eight home games and that theme looks set to continue tonight.
Callum McGregor to score
The Celtic captain looks overpriced to get on the scoresheet tonight, having scored twice in his last four appearances.
He scored in the Hoops second-leg loss against Midtjylland in Champions League qualifying and also found the net against West Ham in a pre-season friendly, plus he scored Scotland’s only goal at Euro 2020.
With a strong Celtic performance needed tonight, we’re expecting CalMac to lead from the front.
