Dortmund head into this game in red-hot form, having reeled off seven wins in a row in Germany’s top flight, and they have chalked up nine victories on the trot in 2023 in all competitions.
But Leipzig have been no slouches either. They are seeking to disrupt Bayern Munich’s near-decade dominance of the Bundesliga, with just a 1-0 reverse at home to Union Berlin last month their only defeat of the calendar year.
