Wednesday’s Galway Acca Betting Tips:

Ena Baie to Place (3 Places) in the 4.35pm

The first bet from our Galway acca comes from the opening race of the evening where Ena Baie should outrun a handicap mark of 122.

Her most recent run at Kilarney was nothing to write home about but that was little more than a chance to blow away the cobwebs before her trip to Galway.

The mount of Mark Walsh has shown some glimpses of very good form, most notably when finishing fourth at Cork despite going off at 40/1.

Winning this competitive race is a big ask but Ena Baie is tempting to claim one of the first three places at 2/1 with Virgin Bet.

Dark Voyager to Win the 5.10pm

Paul Townend has some wonderful rides for Willie Mullins over the coming three days but there are few he is more confident about than Dark Voyager.

Townend called Dark Voyager his best chance of winning on Wednesday although the four-year-old is battling for favouritism with Annie G.

Mullins has a great record in this race while Dark Voyager has won on the Flat at Galway so looks a good price at 11/4 with Virgin Bet.

The Shunter to Win the 6.15pm

2021 has already been an excellent year for The Shunter. He’s taken several steps forwards annd was bought by JP McManus after his excellent win the Paddy Power Plate at Cheltenham.

His first run in the famous green and gold silks saw The Shunter finish second in a Grade 1 at Aintree where he looked a horse capable of winning the Galway Plate.

A strong galloper, the extra distance won’t concern The Shunter and if he jumps fluently enough he can earn another huge win at 6/1 with Virgin Bet.
