The Stewards’ Cup is the big race of the day on the fifth and final day of racing at Glorious Goodwood.
The 28-runner handicap is an unpredictable affair and not exactly readymade for acca betting.

Saturday’s Goodwood Acca Betting Tips:
Farasi Lane to Place (3 Places) in the 1.20pm
The withdrawal of Quintillus has handed Farasi Lane a great chance to win the opening race of the day at Goodwood.
The Tom Ward trained gelding has been progressing nicely and took at Class 3 handicap in good style last time out.
He looks ready for this step up in class but this is a competitive race so rather than backing him to win, a place in the top three is the safer option at 4/6 with Virgin Bet.
First Folio to Place (3 Places) in the 1.55pm
This is the consolation race for the Stewards’ Cup and we have a big field of 25 going to post with plenty of each way options lurking in the betting.
The market may well have called this correctly though in making First Folio the 4/1 favourite.
For all that favourites have a poor record in this race and First Folio carries top weight, he has scope to be significantly better than his current mark of 98 and is set for a big run with a place in the first three well within his grasp at 10/11 with Virgin Bet.
Wonderful Tonight to Win the 3.05pm
Wonderful Tonight is the firmest favourite of the day at Goodwood and should be up to winning the Group 2 Lillie Langtry Stakes at 4/6 with Virgin Bet.
Connections tend to have a tough time placing this supremely talented four-year-old as she does need softer ground.
Rainfall overnight has left the going officially good to soft at Goodwood which should be absolutely fine for Wonderful Tonight and the in-form William Buick.
