Russia Strong Enough To Hold Brazil
Premier League legend Matt Le Tissier tips another winless evening in Europe for Felipe Scolari’s Brazil when they line up against Russia tonight.
The South Americans can’t buy a win and they continue the luckless tour of Europe at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday against Russia who are going well under the guidance of Fabio Capello. Brazil have not won in their last four games and since coming to Europe under new head coach Scolari have been defeated by England at Wembley and drew 2-2 against Italy in Geneva last Thursday.
Matt Le Tissier tips: “Brazil let slip a two goal lead against Italy and victory continues to elude Felipe Scolari since his return as head coach. The Russians have a 100% record in their World Cup qualifying group and should have enough about them to avoid defeat, 16/5 the draw looks worth a bet at bet365.”
Russia have won four out of four in World Cup qualifying and are well set to reach the finals in Brazil next summer. Capello’s side has yet to concede a goal in qualifying and with Scolari a long way from knowing his best eleven, Russia should be solid enough to send the opposing coach back to Brazil still searching for his first win.
