Most goals to be scored in the 1st half

England can’t afford to take Albania lightly on Friday.

Sure, they are in a relatively comfortable position in their qualifying group, but one slip now so close to the finish line could prove costly.

When England turn it on, they are capable of picking apart a majority of defences across Europe – we’re expecting a fast start at Wembley, similar to that against Ukraine at Euro 2020.

England have never trailed Albania across their five head-to-head matches.

Harry Kane – Over 1.5 shots on target

England’s captain may be slightly off the boil, but that never usually stops him trying.

Kane loves a pot shot from here, there and everywhere – backing the skipper to hit the target twice doesn’t feel like a lot to ask.

A lot of eyes will be on the 28-year-old on Friday and he’ll be eager to lay down a marker.

Raheem Sterling to score anytime

Raheem Sterling and England goals go together like jam and toast, cheese and ham or beer and nuts.

He’s scored 16 in his last 29 England appearances and is a strong candidate to add to that tally against Albania.

Sterling failed to score in England’s 2-0 away win to Albania in March, but went close on a number of occasions.
