After winning week three in Nottingham, it’s the darts number one and reigning world champion, Michael Smith, that heads up the Premier League table.

“Bully Boy” sits level on points with Nathan Aspinall with seven, as Gerwyn Price and Chris Dobey put the pressure on in third and fourth.

“Snakebite” Peter Wright is the only pointless player currently in the league and will be hoping his luck changes as he takes on Smith in Thursday’s opening quarter-final.

We’re off to Dublin on Thursday as the beers and 180s are expected to flow in the Irish capital.

Let’s check out a juicy 9/1 Acca that we have thrown together for Thursday night:

Michael Smith to beat Peter Wright - 4/6

It’s top versus bottom here and we’re not expecting any shocks in the opener.

Wright is, of course, still capable of routing anyone on his day, but Smith is playing exceptional darts more often than not since the summer of 2022.

We’re not looking to push the price here with any prop bets and are just taking Smith to beat Wright in the outrights.

Gerwyn Price vs Dimitri van den Bergh – Over 5.5 180s at 8/11

These two have hit a combined 29 180s in their Premier League campaign so far, and in a game that could quite easily go the distance, over 5.5 180s looks a good addition to the acca.

Both men have already made a final across the three weeks (Gerwyn Price winning his in Cardiff) so should arrive in Dublin with their tails up.

Van den Bergh is one of the most consistent 180 throwers when his action is right and could challenge the figure of 5.5 himself if he’s on song.

Nathan Aspinall to beat Jonny Clayton - 11/10

Despite Jonny Clayton’s 6-1 clattering of Chris Dobey last week, accompanied by a 103 average, we aren’t convinced the “Ferret” is firing on all cylinders.

Nathan Aspinall is yet to lose a quarter-final this year in the Premier League and we don’t expect the “Asp” to start on Thursday.

Clayton has thrown just seven maximums in four matches and may struggle keep up with Aspinall’s heavy hitting.

Chris Dobey +2.5 handicap vs Michael van Gerwen - 8/11

We’re giving Dobey a 2.5 leg head start here against an MVG that still isn’t at his best.

Van Gerwen is still without a weekly win and will be reeling from Dobey’s 6-5 win in the final of the first night.

Dobey sits fourth in the league and, despite losing his last two quarter-finals, is still in good form.
