After a run of compelling PGA Tour events, our focus this week switches to the DP World Tour, and the British Masters.
Hosted by Sir Nick Faldo, the British Masters, which will be staged at the Belfry, marks the start of a busy summer of golf on UK soil.
Thorbjorn Olesen will return as the defending champion after he ended a four-year title drought to pick up his sixth DP World Tour title by one stroke from Sweden’s Sebastian Soderberg.
Meanwhile, among the other recognisable figures in the field teeing it up this week, will be Justin Rose, who knows the Belfry well having made his Ryder Cup debut under Faldo there in 2008.
With a prize purse standing at over £2.7million as well as 2,500 Ryder Cup points up for grabs too, the stakes will be high.

Min Woo Lee to surge to victory
At the tender age of 24, Min Woo Lee is only in the nascent stages of his blossoming career.
With two DP World Tour titles to his name, Lee has been more noticeable on the PGA Tour this term, and his standout results, include a T5 at the US Open as well as a T6 at the Players Championship.
The Australian has excelled with his putting this season, as he is sixth in the PGA Tour stats for longest putts, while the longest drive performance metric places him in 24th.
The Belfry is a par-72, and it represents a stern test with narrow fairways, and water is in play on seven holes.
However, the par-four 10th is very driveable, and Lee will hope to pick up a few birdies along the way.
While this is a field stacked with talent, this could be Lee’s chance to capture a third DP World Tour crown, and he is trading at 10/1 in the outright market with Paddy Power to do so.

Adrian Meronk to make his mark in Round 1
Adrian Meronk has been splitting his schedule between the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour, but as far as the DP World Tour is concerned, Meronk usually provides fireworks.
He has been a model of consistency on the DP World Tour, racking three top-five finishes, and that included victory at the Italian Open last month.
Of his stats this term, the greens in regulation (73.91%), is pretty impressive, and he is fourth overall for this performance indicator.
It’s fair to say that Meronk has made huge strides, and he’s a joy to watch when he is in full flow.
He could come flying out of the traps and shoot low in Round 1. For my second pick, I have gone with Meronk to be the tournament leader after the first round, and he’s available at an eye-catching 28/1 with bet365 to do so.
