User Experience - My Personal View
On entering the desktop site, Spreadex compares well with other major leading sports betting companies for markets offered. Design-wise, Spreadex looks like it was inspired by Ladbrokes and Virgin Bet with the red, grey, and white colour scheme, but it wasn't overbearing.
I could navigate seamlessly between various areas of the Spreadex site, and everything was well signposted. However, the mobile layout was a bit more conducive, especially in terms of flagging upcoming events available and pinpointing coupons for top tournaments. Both the desktop and mobile products were smooth and responsive, and there were no glaring technical issues impacting performance.
However, for customised features, Spreadex has a few showstoppers. For some fixed odds markets, you can expect premium price boosts. I noticed prices were raised from 22/1 to 28/1 for some football lines, which is virtually unheard of, although the likes of Kwiff and Paddy Power turbo-charge odds to drive interest.
I particularly liked the unique Spreadex #NameItbets. For example, with Premier League games, I could locate special half-time and goals Over/Under lines with decent fixed odds attached. These carry fairly juicy odds, and those wishing to deviate from the norm will take pleasure from these markets.
Annoyingly, I couldn't find quick bets which would have given Spreadex a boost. At other sites, quick bets are facilitated, and some sites have a BetMentor feature like QuickBet. The beauty of this is you can accept higher or lower odds, and choose how much you wish to win, putting punters in control.

Mobile Betting Experience

Spreadex sports is great for cash outs. Okay, cash out isn't novel as most sites such as bet365 or BetVictor which allow you to cash out stakes fully, but where else can you cash out in three different ways? At Spreadex, the auto cash out option resonated with me, as bets would be closed as soon as my stake reached a nominated level of profit, making things simple for resolving sports bets prematurely.
The iOS app is a big hit as judged by the average 4.7 mark from over 600 ratings published. Customers reserved praise for the horse racing product, and one bettor insisted it was a "must-have" app. High praise indeed! The app is secure, offering Touch ID and FaceID for punters logging in, and there were no lagging issues to contend with.
There were few quibbles, although a loyalty program would have been appreciated as there is already a Refer and Earn scheme in place, something I discussed later on.

Spreadex currently has 22 different sports to wager on. This isn't bad, but other reputable sites, such as Coral, for example, offers over 30. On that note, Spreadex offers Politics like Coral, but Coral's coverage straddled more international markets. Spreadex's scope was limited to UK and US politics, so that is something to consider.
Back to sports, and Spreadex boasts a live streaming service. Although it's not as robust as bet365 which incorporates live streaming for all sports, Spreadex has live streaming for tennis, horse racing, and eSports. Some of these had direct links to Sky Sports, but provided you have a fully registered account or have placed a bet, you can get full access.
However, the depth of the sports spread betting sub-markets stood out, and odds posted across the board were competitive. We tend to compare price margins of sports betting operators, and trust us, Spreadex hits the mark.
For fixed odds betting, punters could place a variety of wagers, including singles and doubles, and the bet builder package was extensive. For football, bet builders were split into Popular which included #NameIt player markets as well as general run-of-the-mill ones covering cards and corners. Okay, it might not be as extensive as Paddy Power or BetVictor, but there was enough for me to sink my teeth into.
The racing coverage, meanwhile, should be celebrated. While you won't find Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG), there are a raft of other offers at Spreadex, including First Past the Post and the Lucky Double Odds. I could also lengthen the odds, a common feature at William Hill, and I just had to click on the length of victory to pull up the odds. At some sites, you can use a slider button which is a bit more intuitive.
My only complaint was some sports needed a few more betting options, such as cricket, where there were only a couple of player props advertised. Whereas at Betano, this was more expansive, so room for improvement.

Spreadex Ltd excels in customer support. I found a phone number, email option, and a live chat facility. The live chat was open 24/7, and after filling in a short message form, I was put in a touch with a member of the Spreadex team. My issue was dealt with professionally and courteously, and nothing was too much trouble.
