NetBet Sign Up Offer – £20 in Free Bets and 25 Free Spins with £10 minimum deposit
NetBet runs a cross-promotional offer traversing its sports and casino verticals. While Bet £10 and Get £30 in free bets is popular, other sites have straddled the free bets and free spins, such as Fitzdares, albeit you have to wager more (£50) to get £25 in free bets and 10 free spins.
The next section provides a closer examination of the NetBet welcome offer.

Bonuses, Promotions & Promo Code
Aside from an enterprising welcome offer, NetBet has a series of ongoing deals, covering NFL, football, and darts. I particularly liked the £5 free bet football offer when you wager at least a £20 acca on Premier League games. This runs throughout the season, and as long as your acca has at least 3 selections, you can take advantage.
Alternatively, if you're a darts fan, you can tap into £5 free bets for the biggest tournaments, such as the World Darts Championship, and there is a maximum of four free bets per customer. Just make sure you meet the minimum odds of 1/2 (1.50) per selection to qualify.
Or, you can try out the Pick 6 Premier League predictor game, where you receive weekly free bets, up to a maximum of £50, so give it your best shot (excuse the pun!). Okay, this isn't as enterprising as Virgin Bet Fives where you can win up to £50 in cash for every goal scored, or BetMGM's mega £250,000 Golden Goals free-to-play predictor game, but the NetBet offer advertised shouldn't be scoffed at.

NetBet Review
NetBet has been in the game a long time. While not as prestigious as other sites, such as bet365 or Ladbrokes, it has quickly evolved, and it is flushed with cool features. It positions itself as a cutting-edge and innovative site, and it has previously been shortlisted for a responsible gambling award.
Safe betting is a priority, and apart from extensive football markets, NetBet is involved in MMA, and it is UFC's official betting partner. Customers can listen to an official UFC podcast, and the site has a football ambassador in the form of ex-Arsenal star Ray Parlour, so that gives the site some credence.
NetBet is among the best betting sites in the industry, and my review goes through all the nooks and crannies of the operation.
User Experience
Those new to NetBet are in for a treat, and trust me on this! A slick navy blue and white design greets players, and once you've diverted your attention from the plethora of free bets on offer, there is plenty to sink your teeth into.

In some respects, the site reminded me a little of Betfred and BoyleSports, but I'm judging this on looks alone. The sidebar is neat, and with elements like Wheel of Sportune, this echoes memories of using talkSPORTBet, which has a similar feature in play.
Anyway, without digressing too much, the site was slick, and I could navigate my way to tons of markets. There are some great elements which I have to admit are unique, such as Bet AI, which is NetBet's AI-powered betting assistant designed to enhance your betting experience, so if you need anything explaining in terms of odds or bet types, you won't be stranded. With AI becoming a more prevalent fixture in sports betting, I appreciated this.

I didn't feel daunted by what I found at NetBet, and the site ran quickly. No error messages popped up or even blank markets, so that was good. I often run several tests of sports betting sites, and NetBet passed with flying colours.
My only complaint was that, given NetBet is an official UFC betting partner, I would have liked to have seen a few more markets plugged. Having just the matchwinner line and neglecting round-by-round betting lines was a bit unforgivable, but I've seen this to be the case at other reputable sites, such as BetMGM and Paddy Power.
In the next section, I will flesh out some details on the NetBet mobile platform, so you can see how it compares.
App Review & Mobile Site Experience
The mobile and app products were largely the same, and they were both brilliant, but I preferred the orientation and landscape of the desktop site. Call me a traditionalist!
Anyway, the app was slightly quicker in loading pages than the mobile app, but it contained all the same gems. You can locate highlights, but for those who want to know of upcoming fixtures, including in-play betting markets, that is also available, so all bases are covered.

NetBet sadly doesn't have many iOS app reviews, but don't worry, it has been well-received on Trustpilot. There have been over 2,600 reviews published, and many said they had an 'amazing betting experience', with some praising the broad depth of markets posted. Overall, NetBet received a score of 4.1 stars out of 5, so this is something the product team should take great delight in.

Betting apps like NetBet are worth their salt, making it easy to play on the go, and I was impressed.
Live & In-Play Betting
In-play betting is a critical part of any renowned sports betting operation, and NetBet has its finger on the pulse. Over 25,000 live events are streamed each month, so you won't be twiddling your thumbs!
For some football games, I found over 150 markets plugged, and that included a Turkish game with the image below. There is a full timeline along with computer game style graphics like you would find at LiveScore Bet, so it is quite immersive. There is a neat Bet Assist button, which is available during real-time detailing win percentage probability, so that is handy.

Meanwhile, cash out is available, so your bet won't be scuppered by a last-minute goal.
Live Streaming / Other Features
While live streaming has transformed the general betting experience for UK players, you won't find live streaming across any sport, even horse racing, which was surprising. This is something that needs to be addressed, especially when you consider the likes of bet365 are pioneers in this regard, and continue to lead the way.
So, if we're to forget about live streaming for a moment, NetBet has over 30 sports to bet on, and we even saw markets located for 3x3 basketball, and you'll find some outrights located here. Bet AI and Bet Assist, as we discussed are core ingredients of the NetBet product, but there are tons of specials and dedicated markets for darts. More on that to follow in a later section.

Apart from having favourites where you can circle your preferred sports or teams, NetBet has plenty of other cool features. For example, the Wheel of Sportune is a fortune wheel, which, if you spin and win, there will be some NetBet free bets to enjoy.
Okay, I couldn't see any enhanced odds for markets which was disappointing, but there are bet builder quick bets which makes compiling bet builders. I've reserved some space to discuss these.
Football Betting Review
NetBet certainly holds its own on the football betting front. For the Premier League, there are over 450 markets advertised on average, but there seem to be fewer specials compared to, say LeoVegas or BetMGM in terms of player props, such as shots on target or assist anytime.
So, for an upcoming encounter between Arsenal and Aston Villa, there was enough to get my teeth stuck into, such as handicaps and Early Payout, which is widely available at Betfred and Paddy Power, where you will win if your pick takes a 2-goal lead during the 90 minutes.

You'll find handy tips in the betting slip sidebar, which are worth tapping into. For many games, there are Bet Builder quick picks which are suggested bet builders. Think like what you might find at bet365, but a bit more extensive. They combined a player to score anytime with the Over goals market, and these are good for those who don't want to have to trawl through trying to compile their own bet builder. The example used below is for a top-flight clash between Manchester United and Newcastle to give you an idea.

The football section bears many resemblances to QuickBet in terms of layout and markets available, and the football odds were competitive too, meeting overround expectations.
Horse Racing Betting Review
NetBet has connections with the horse racing industry, and it currently sponsors a meet (Bath). I was impressed with the scope of coverage, as you can find UK, Irish, and a plethora of meets internationally, including South Africa and the US.
However, if you're seeking Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) deals, non-runner promos, or even NetBet horse racing free bets, then you'll be disappointed. For me, BOG should be the bare minimum as it incentivises punters, so they've missed out.

Horse racing is pretty much an all-year-round sport, and NetBet does it justice with futures for the biggest flat and National Hunt races; however, the main markets covered are winner, forecast and each-way.
Other sites, such as BoyleSports, are a bit more expansive, so NetBet can learn from them. As mentioned, there is no live streaming available, but the horse racing odds here are solid.

NetBet Customer Service
NetBet takes customer support seriously, and while there isn't an email address or phone number to get hold of them, fear not. There is an active live chat facility which is open 14 hours a day from 9am to 11pm. During the Christmas holidays, you can get in touch with an agent no matter how big or small, and I found the service to be extremely professional, receiving an answer within a few seconds.
If you don't want to use the live chat facility, there is an extensive FAQs area, covering everything from the NetBet welcome offer through to payments, and safer gambling. There is also a message form, and there is a prompt to provide as much information as possible.
There is multilingual support at NetBet, but I couldn't see any direct links to social media which would have been handy if I wanted to ping across a quick DM to the team.
NetBet Responsible Gambling
NetBet considers itself a bit of a responsible gambling expert, as it was previously shortlisted for an industry award. Anyway, here are some of the following tools players can use:
Deposit Limit - Players can limit how much they spend on a rolling daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This can be tweaked, but speak to customer support.
Reality Checks - Players can set a reminder of how long they've been logged onto the site, and they can choose a session length, so they don't exceed the time limit.
Time Outs - You can give yourself a temporary break from the site, between 24 hours and six weeks, and you won't be able to access your account during this period.
As a UKGC-licensed site, NetBet upholds the high standards expected of it. The operator is signed up to GamSTOP and BeGambleAware, as well as other organisations, so players can feel confident they are looked after when they play here.
