The number 7 has various connotations, and it is considered lucky in some culture. Clearly, 7bet wanted to instil the idea of a golden experience awaiting punters.
Established in 2020, 7bet, a Lithuanian-based company, is controlled by Anakatech Ltd, who have some experience in the UK market. While deemed a bold move at the time, 7bet launched in the UK in 2024, and like sister site, Betnero, it holds prestigious White Label Status.
7bet is one of the newer UK sports betting sites. As you will discover, 7bet offers a smorgasbord of telling betting features to enhance the betting experience, deviating from the norm.
Like Fruity King Sports, 7bet allied with MightyTips to raise brand profile and drive more traffic to the site through more targeted content. 7bet also united with British-based basketball side London Lions to elevate UK basketball culture and fan engagement.
However, unlike industry powerhouses sites such as bet365 or Paddy Power, 7bet hasn't claimed any accolades, but it is still in it infancy.

User Experience - My Personal View
7bet prioritises user experience, and I was impressed with the modern feel. Like other new betting sites, such as talkSPORT Bet and easyBet, it is slick, suggesting plenty of thought has gone into the design.
Once I overlooked the dullish grey background, there were flashes of blue and green scattered throughout, reflected by the odds boosts marked for certain events.

Design-wise, 7bet uses a similar colour palette to Casino Kings Sports, but I didn't experience any lagging issues. This site works well on a low bandwidth, and the registration process was swift. I just had to supply a few details, and I could place my first wager within a few moments. Just be aware of verification identity, but KYC (Know Your Customer) is common procedure at UK Gambling Commission sites such as All British and Pub.
Without digressing, 7bet is replete with customised options. I liked the Book a Bet feature, whereby players can bring up betting options for markets, wager on the traditional match result, and click the little 'Bookmaker' table to Book a Bet. This generates a UK code which you can share with friends. It provides a different twist on CopyBet and their defining copy betting system where you can imitate wagers created by others in the betting community.

I couldn't forget about the Acca Boost feature which allows players to clock up winnings. The potential returns were small, however, compared to BetMGM which incorporates a Golden Acca Boost with a whopping 200% return offered for bets with 16 selections or more.
Oh, and there's a Price Boost too. They might not be as supercharged like the ones at Kwiff or LiveScoreBet, but odds for some markets are raised from 10/3 to 15/4 which isn't too shabby!
I do think some areas could be better signposted. The promotions seemed hidden and a mere afterthought. I would have preferred a link in the left-hand menu or a welcome offer in the top banner to instigate the sign-up process.
7bet also has a blog, but the in-house team hasn't kept things up-to-date. I feel the in-house team needs to continually offers insights and betting tips for punters ahead of an individual event, so they can lock down their picks.
Mobile Betting Experience
7bet is compatible across desktop and mobile. However, not having a native mobile betting app seems like a bit of an oversight given the demands exacted by mobile-oriented punters.
More worryingly, the user ratings were poor. On TrustPilot, 7bet averaged 2.1 stars out of 5, with some complaining about verification and withdrawal issues.
Nevertheless, the mobile website largely replicated the site's desktop version. It was just as speedy and it boasted the same core features. The in play betting area is a hub of activity with thousands of events run each day, and aside from immersive graphics, there is a detailed breakdown of stats.

On the tennis side of things, the live betting fulfils its remit, but for pre-match odds, a few more player props offered would have given bettors a bit more variety. The market prices for major leagues are adequate, but my research informed me there was more value found in the pre-match odds than the live betting markets, so this should be addressed.

7bet isn't a promotions pioneer by any stretch of the imagination, but it has taken a leaf out of other bookmakers.
Ok, there is no deposit bonus match deal, but the Bore Draw, which is also available at Lottoland and bet365, offers a refund if a game finishes goalless.
As mentioned, the acca boost feature isn't the most compelling given the smaller boosts, so 7bet ought to revise this offer.

Customer Service at 7bet
7bet's customer support relies on its robust live chat facility. Easily accessible in the bottom right hand corner of the site, response times were very quick, usually within three minutes, and the staff members answered questions concisely.
Email is also readily available throughout the week, but surprisingly, there are no social media avenues to explore which I found disappointing.
The FAQs, meanwhile, was clunky. Instead of topic breakdowns, questions were just chucked onto the page, meaning I had to scroll up and down to find what I was looking for.
