BetWright Welcome Offer - Up to £300 in Free Bet Bangers
BetWright's main welcome offer consists of free bets, but it's definitely a different style of deal, aimed at players who want rewards over the long term.
Players using either the BetWright website or mobile app can claim up to £300 in free bet bangers, as they call them. These come in three ways, bets on the Premier League, bets on Leicester City games and bets on Leyton Orient games, the two teams mentioned, because BetWright have a sponsorship deal with them.

Terms and Conditions
- Earn £0.20 in free bets for every £10 staked at min odds of 1/1 (2.00)
- Opt-in via the "Bangers and Cash" rewards section
- £100 is the max rewarded for each of the three parts of the offer
- Free bets expire within 24 hours of claiming them
- No BetWright promo code required to get deal
BetWright Review
New sports betting are always cropping up in the UK. BetWright is another one of those sites to get your heads around. Yes, BetWright launched in 2024 thanks to several dedicated industry veterans, but there perhaps wasn't as much fanfare that surrounded its arrival unlike easyBet and big European brand Betano.
Nevertheless, the UK casino and sports betting brand was brought to our attention by Onyx Gaming. The premise of creating this site was to combine high levels of entertainment with consistently high levels of customer service to attract players to its site.
Onyx Gaming is an experienced and innovative iGaming operator covering casino and sports betting brands, and they power the BetWright experience. Forward-thinking and driven by a passion for all things sports, BetWright is fully committed to safer responsible gambling, and the site does everything it can to deliver on its promise.
Boasting a sleek and user-friendly site, BetWright echoes fellow new betting sites that have made a splash in the industry, such as Gentleman Jim and 7Bet. Just like its competitors, BetWright is also a secure and licensed site, holding a UKGC (United Kingdom Gambling Commission) certificate under the account number 64666. With that in mind, BetWright adheres to the latest SSL protocols, and transactions are encrypted, so your data won't fall into the wrong hands.
While BetWright may have initially fallen under the radar when it first launched, it has made its mark in football. A deal with Leicester City is represented by one of the BetWright offers (£5 weekly Foxes Banger), but it has also signed a short sponsorship deal with Norwich City, and it has the official naming rights for Leyton Orient's ground.
There haven't been any other deals struck to date, and BetWright is yet to pick up any awards either, but success doesn't happen overnight. BetWright, as you will see, has plenty of promise, and my review covers all aspects of the site, including how to set up a BetWright account and payment methods, so don't swerve this guide!
User Experience - My Personal View
Judging by first appearances, the BetWright website is sleek, modern, and uncluttered. Unlike some new sites such as Quick Bet where they have tried to cram everything onto the homepage, BetWright has benefitted from a more streamlined look.
Upon entering the homepage, an A-Z list of sports betting options were available, and there was a colour code denoting prices shortening or lengthening which reminded me a little of the Betfair sportsbook which was a nice touch. I found navigation were seamless, and there were no problems loading markets.
One thing that struck me was the swiftness of the sign up process. It entailed just a few shorts steps which involved filling in your name and address, deciding whether to receive notifications via email or text, and setting a deposit limit. Once in, I had the freedom to bet on whatever markets took my fancy. Some sites, such as All British have an extensive KYC process, but that's not the case with BetWright.
Speed-wise, I had little complaints. I put the main BetWright website and mobile betting app through its paces, and there were no technical glitches or bugs to speak of. What is eminently more interesting are the customised options available. A personalised bet builder was one of the picks, but then again were the plethora of rewards available, something I've discussed in more detail later on.
Favourites are tied into the package, so you can bookmark your preferred teams or markets that have piqued your interest before filling in a betting slip later on, and favourites are something I cherish.
However, I'm afraid to say that there were a raft of core features missing. I couldn't see any price boosts available for any sport which is a shame as you can pocket a bigger profit when you win with longer odds. Just take a look at Paddy Power and Betfred's offering to see how you can benefit. On that note, there were no Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) available for horse racing.
Although cross-platform performance was strong, I would like to have seen Early Payouts for football games which is common at top sites, such as BetVictor and bet365 that have 1Ups and 2Ups. BetWright ought to take note especially if it wishes to connect more with bettors.
Mobile Betting Experience
The mobile betting experience is sacrosanct. BetWright doesn't disappoint, as the app mimics all areas of the desktop product both in terms of presentation and available features.
I would put the app on a level par with the likes of BetMGM and bet365 as it is seamless to use, and there were no pop-up ads or error message that propped up. Yes, you may have to meet geo preferences as BetWright only accepts UK players, but it facilitates cash out across all devices, so everything is pretty stress-free.
The in-play betting area deserves some attention, as there is a live tracker for most events, well apart from say snooker which is disappointing, so here, you'll just have to monitor the odds as they oscillate in real-time. Generally speaking, there were a ton of markets, and for some sports, they hit that sweet spot.
To date, BetWright has only picked up a handful of reviews for the iOS app, but it has gained 3.9 stars out of 5 which is respectable. One of the things BetWright was hailed for was its quick withdrawals which were worth noting.
In terms of areas of improvement, I would like to have seen the promos advertised more prominently, and having just a live stream for horse racing betting isn't enough. The privilege should cover other sports to entice bettors.
BetWright Betting Markets & Odds
When BetWright launched, it only had a handful of sports in its roster. Currently, there are 19 sports to wager on, which seems a bit meagre given other newer sites double this tally. That said, BetWright customers won't fault the site for its football coverage.
Take the lack of EPs and price boosts out of the equation, and the odds were generally competitive and that applied to pre-match and antepost prices. They may not be standout, but there were plenty of markets available. For the bet builder, which I touched on earlier, BetWright are no slouches, there were ample markets to tuck into, such as Correct Score and Over/Under goals. Okay, it's not as expansive as BetVictor, but that didn't put me off.
While BetWright deserves plenty of plaudits for its football coverage, the golfing side of things hit the mark. Yes, for some of the biggest competitions such as their Ryder Cup betting, BetWright offers a raft of player props. This included Top Rookie Points Scorer and whether there will be a Hole in One, surpassing Betway which I thought was extraordinary.
Okay, no BOG for horse racing was disappointing as was the lack of horse racing tips, but there are extra places in the offing, and as mentioned, a more versatile live stream would take things up a notch. Oh, and there needs to be price boosts sprinkled in to keep bettors on side.
BetWright Sign Up Offer and Promotions
BetWright's welcome offer seems to be more tied into the rewards package. Generally speaking, free bets are the order of the day at BetWright, but the loyalty club is on a par with Betway, although with more levels built in.
There are also seasonal deals, such as up to £40 in free bets, but remember, these change, so keep your eyes peeled.
BetWright Welcome Bonus Review – Get up to £300 in Free Bets
BetWright's flagship welcome offer consists of up to £300 in free bets. This is applicable for Premier League bets, plus bets on games involving Leicester City and Leyton Orient, provided you make a stake with minimum odds of 2.00, but Cashed Out bets aren't eligible for this promotion.
What is the Betwright Betting Promo Code?
There is no BetWright promo code to enter to get your hands on this deal. You can pick it up once you opt-in after registering a BetWright account.

Customer Service at BetWright
BetWright's customer support was mixed. The live chat facility was slick and responsive, and I was also pointed to areas to troubleshoot. Having a decent live chat service is the bare minimum for a decent sports betting site.
Apart from the live chat, there was an email option, although some messages had longer response times. There are quick links to BetWright's social media channels, so you can send a DM via X, and this won't go unnoticed by savvy bettors.
Responsible Gambling at BetWright
BetWright takes responsible gambling very seriously, and there are several tools at the disposal of bettors:
- Budget Calculator - Use BetWright's custom-built calculator to determine your net deposit budget based on your expendable income.
- Reality Checks - Set yourself alerts so you can establish the length of your betting sessions.
- Self-Exclusion - You can take an enforced break of up to six years if you are worried about your gambling habits.
BetWright works with several organisations, including Gamcare and Gamblers Anonymous, to help problem gamblers. As mentioned, BetWright is a licensed and UKGC-regulated site, so every effort is made to ensure bettors are kept safe. A read of the privacy policy will explain what information is kept on BetWright customers.
My Verdict
In summary, BetWright is an intriguing site. It is cutting-edge and modern, but the payment options are slim. Not having Early Payouts and price boosts seems a major oversight.
Unique is how I would describe the rewards program, and while the BetWright welcome offer isn't the most competitive, it shouldn't be scoffed at.
The in-play betting area is vibrant, and if you're a keen football bettor, this site should be right up your street.
