Kwiff has blazed a trail since exploding onto the UK betting scene in 2015. Founded by Swedish entrepreneurs Karl Engstrom and Anders Strom, the Kwiff logo is distinctive with its purple tinge.
A part of the Eaton Gate Gaming Group, Kwiff has emerged as a popular option for punters, and opening a Kwiff account is straightforward.
The overriding goal of Kwiff was to tear down the walls of the betting industry and rebuild it with a new and better online betting site. Kwiff compares well in some areas with its rivals, such as bet365 and BoyleSports for bet builders.
However, the huge odds boost is a major selling point of the operation, and it can be applied for singles, doubles, and accas.
While odds boosts are cherished, few other betting sites hold a light in this regard as Supercharged bets at Kwiff are assigned randomly to spice up the betting experience.
We could go far as saying that players will be "Kwiffed" when they engage with this brand.

User Experience - My Personal View
Let's start by providing some insightful user interface (UI) and UX feedback on the desktop and mobile products. When I opened the desktop version, it seemed clunky and quite fiddly.
Perhaps the tech wizards at Kwiff had more online savvy players in mind, and this was disappointing compared to the likes of Paddy Power and William Hill where everything is neatly organised and laid out.
Perhaps Kwiff is the only sports betting app where the app surpasses the desktop product. Swift and offering a smooth performance, I particularly enjoyed using the app which seemed a bit more streamlined and sleek.
Well, compared to the likes of more traditional bookies, such as Ladbrokes and BetVictor, Kwiff captured my imagination, and I'm not just talking about the Kwiff logo that looks shaped like a crown rather than a trendy hairstyle!
The bet slip is intuitive, but a few more customized betting features wouldn't have gone amiss. The horse racing enthusiasts, no doubt, will appreciate the trending bets detailing the hottest wagers so they can ready their picks.
While the traditional Kwiff boost is held in high esteem, there isn't a live streaming service, which is almost a given now at revered online bookmakers.
When you look at bet365, the crisp live stream service covers hundreds of thousands of events each year, and Kwiff missed a trick.
Mobile Betting Experience
A bit more, if I may, on the Kwiff UK mobile betting product. The app contains all the in-play/live betting features of the regular desktop product.
That said, the app didn't seem to advertise the main welcome promotion of up to £30 in free bets when you wager £10 unlike the desktop version, and I had to create an account to view them.
The only promotion that was advertised, and it's not a promotion per se was the Kwiff 'Supercharged Odds' which is the cornerstone of the site.
However, Kwiff proudly claims that over 90% of its customers were supercharged with odds boosts, and it loves a surprise as judged by the second sign-up deal where players can get a surprise £30 free bet. More on that to follow later.
In terms of betting app usability, I found it a more pleasant experience compared to the desktop version. I trawled through reviews of the product on iOS and Android.
The iOS app averaged 4.6 stars out of 5 out of 9,000 reviews, and one user labelled it an "awesome option".
The Android app also stood tall. Over 100,000 reviews have been generated, and it has averaged 4.2 stars out of 5. While there was a general consensus about the quality of odds boosts, Best Odds Guaranteed doesn't exist, meaning it drops a few points here.
I would have liked to have seen a few more customised options. Kwiff has the tools to do so, and great bookies are more than just serving up significant price boosts.
Perhaps, I'm being a bit harsh in calling Kwiff a one-trick pony, but there is room for improvement if it wishes to raise its game.
Kwiff Betting Markets & Odds
A fundamental part of my Kwiff review entails assessing the markets and odds available. While most other betting sports are stacked out with sports, there are only 16 sporting disciplines available at Kwiff.
That said, the market coverage is strong. When Premier League betting, for example, I found tons of lines ranging from the Win Line through to Over/Under goals, and shots on target which is broadly in line with Paddy Power and BetVictor.
However, on the desktop, the sports weren't arranged as I would have expected into an A-Z menu down the left-hand side. Instead, the sports are lined up at the top of the page, but I would like to have seen more niche or less mainstream advertised to give punters a bit more choice.
In terms of odds comparison with other bookies, Kwiff's aren't the strongest, but as mentioned, the Supercharged bets give it the X-Factor.
That said, I didn't come across Best Odds Guaranteed which ensures bettors don't miss out on a bigger Starting Price (SP) for top UK horse races.
On the in-play front, this is where Kwiff is in its element. Apart from an immersive platform bearing a strong resemblance to BoyleSports, Kwiff is comprehensive in supplying full stats and match previews. After all, this is what punters want when deciding what picks to make.
I do think the Cash Out feature has a unique twist to it, and it will resonate with bettors. Cash Out has become a core feature at many of the top bookies, where you can retrieve your wager partially or in its entirety early.
At Kwiff, players can cash out, and in some cases, Cashed Out bets can be Supercharged meaning you stand to get a bigger return which I think is great. Any bet has the potential to be Supercharged which will appeal to punters.
One glaring admission was the lack of a live stream. bet365, BetVictor, and BoyleSports have all honed their product keeping users abreast across the action and major flashpoints.
Given that Kwiff has tried to position itself as a tech-savvy betting product, this is disheartening. Perhaps, a live stream will be revisited in the future.

Customer Service at Kwiff betting
To formulate my customer support review, I had a quick look at the options available. Kwiff's live chat facility was very impressive as I was dealt with immediately.
Someone was on hand to help, and I felt like I was in safe hands when I fielded my question.

My Verdict

Unfortunately, the desktop version of the site was disappointing as it was a bit more clunky and untidy compared to the app, and there is no live streaming either which will be frustrating for players who like to watch games in real-time.
A few more payment methods would have been appreciated, but these are all things I believe Kwiff will look at moving forward. As a newish operator, Kwiff has plenty of potential and this site is more suited to a young, tech-savvy bettor.
