Darts Tips: World Championship Day 6 Tuesday Predictions & Odds

Temperatures were raised inside the Ally Pally on Monday.
After losing 3-2 in a thriller against debutant Charlie Manby, Scot Cameron Menzies took his frustrations out on the water table, delivering a three-punch combination and bloodying his knuckles.
Manby progress, Menzies goes home and we are once again reminded of how important this tournament in North London is to the stars of the PDC Tour.
We’re not expecting anything similar on Tuesday, but with Welshman Gerwyn Price taking to the oche, who knows…
Darts Tips: World Championship Day 6
Let’s take a look at my betting tips for Day 6 of the 2026 PDC World Darts Championship.
Tip 1: Danny Noppert 3-0 Jurjen van der Velde at 11/10 with bet365
Danny Noppert will be on a mission to end his miserable run at the World Championship this season.
In seven outings inside the Ally Pally the Dutchman hasn’t advanced past the third round, despite going deep in almost every other televised major.
The “Freeze” is a former UK Open winner and a serial semi-finalist across the tour, earning himself a sixth-placed seeding at this year’s tournament.
Jurjen van der Velde is his opponent on Tuesday who qualified by the skin of his teeth via the PDC Pro Development Tour. The 23-year-old is a former Youth World Championship finalist, but will struggle to hold pace with the talented Noppert.
3-0 looks obvious here.
Tip 2: Gerwyn Price - First 180, most 100+ checkouts & highest checkout vs Adam Gawlas at 11/8 with bet365
2021 world champion Gerwyn Price has been knocked out in the third round and three quarter-finals since his title win.
The Welshman hasn’t been at his best over these subsequent seasons, but arrives in North London this year full of fire and momentum.
He’s reached four TV semi-finals this season, finished runner-up at the World Cup of Darts and won the Baltic Sea Darts Open.
Price will enjoy playing pantomime villain again, but seems to gather more and more fans each year inside the Palace.
Adam Gawlas has some good experience at just 23, but could have done with an easier draw if he is to create any headlines this year.
Price will smell blood from the opening dart and could rattle through to victory quickly.
Tip 3: Niko Springer 3-1 Joe Comito at 9/4 with bet365
Niko Springer is a bit of a dark horse coming into this year’s tournament.
The German won the Hungarian Darts Trophy earlier on this year, topped the Pro Tour Order of Merit rankings and has earned himself a favourable opening round tie against Joe Comito.
Springer was ousted 3-1 by Scott Williams last year, but we expect him to reverse this score against Comito, who returns to the Ally Pally for the second year running after topping the DartPlayers Australia rankings.
Comito’s ceiling is well below Springers, but should be capable of bagging a set like he did last year against Thibault Tricole.
