Jamie Snowden's Epic West and Harry Derham's Jasmine Bliss make their chasing debuts in this extended 2m4f contest, while Nicky Henderson's unbeaten Noble Park is sure to be popular despite an 11lb hike after a demolition job at Lingfield, but preference is for BARLOVENTO for Olly Murphy.
Beaten just half a length on his chase debut at Exeter after a long layoff, the Soldier Of Fortune gelding meets U Cant Be Serious on 7lb better terms here and, with that run under his belt and conditions to suit, is taken to go one better under Sean Bowen.

1:05pm Aintree - The Last Cloud (Each-Way)
Dan Skelton's Mydaddypaddy, the current 5/1 favourite for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle, looks a top-class prospect after two emphatic hurdle wins, but at around 4/7 in a deep Grade 1, he makes little appeal for value hunters.
Instead, THE LAST CLOUD (Each-Way) catches the eye at a big price after shaping well when fourth in a Cheltenham Grade 2 despite late interference, and Brian Hughes' mount is worth chancing against smart rivals such as Idaho Sun.
Recommendation: The Last Cloud (Each-Way) - 50/1 with bet365 (3 places)
2:30pm Kempton - Fact To File
Kempton's Boxing Day Grade 1 King George has drawn a top-class field of eight, and while last year's heroes Banbridge and Il Est Francais will attract support at prices, the winner looks likely to emerge from the market leaders, headed by Fact To File, Gaelic Warrior, Jango Baie and The Jukebox Man.
With a strong pace expected and rivals likely to take each other on up front, the nod goes to FACT TO FILE, whose Ryanair Chase win was a festival highlight and who can reverse John Durkan form with Gaelic Warrior to underline his Gold Cup credentials.
