User Experience - My Personal View
A natural starting point for my easyBet review entails assessing the desktop UX. Resplendent in its striking and memorable orange livery, the easyBet site is streamlined and extremely user-friendly. There were just a few steps to follow to register, including entering the bonus code for the welcome offer, but it was stress- free.

The easyBet mobile experience was just as fun as the desktop counterpart, and there wasn't much difference. Moreover, easyBet has an easy to install, fully functioning native mobile app, serving iOS and Android users, and you can use 2FA to log in and get started. A 2.9 rating out of 5 for the easyBet betting app admittedly didn't feel with me confidence, but one user moaned about not knowing how to place bets at a betting exchange, so I didn't read too much into that!
I loved the menu placement of the easyBet app, providing seamless navigation, and there were no buffering issues. easyBet clearly displays the odds, but one thing I was puzzled by was that prices on the desktop were advertised in GBP, unlike the easyBet app that flashed prices in Euros. As a UK resident, that was annoying, and I couldn't revert to GBP.
Cash Out is a prerequisite of any decent bookmaker and I could cash out across many events at easyBet on all devices which was great. However, I was a little disappointed by the live betting aspect. The sports roster at easyBet stands at 14 which is small compared to Betfair. Yes, American Football and Boxing betting are listed, but some markets were more limited in scope.
Take boxing for example. For a big upcoming fight between Daniel Dubois and Oleksandr Usyk, I could only pinpoint match odds to back or lay, but there weren't round-by-round bets or method of victory which was slightly disheartening.
Football, or soccer, as easyBet prefers to call it, is well represented. Players can place a single or multiple bets through the intuitive betting slip.
Yes, there are suggested bet builders, accounting for player shots on target and Over/Under goals, but I'm not a big fan of pre-made combos. I would have preferred a bit more freedom to assemble my own bet builder, so it's not quite what I expected.
The odds lined up nicely compared to other traditional sports betting sites, such as Betfred, and the margins were good for pre-match and in-play odds.
However, I noted a couple of frustrating things. Live streaming was only available for greyhound racing, but to be considered a big hitter like bet365 or Paddy Power, the easyBet website should extend coverage to other sports.
Horse racing, meanwhile, covers UK meets well, and a form guide was provided for each runner, but the range of markets were limited. Despite claiming to have the best price, Best Odds Guaranteed aren't available at easyBet or special horse racing bonuses such as extra places at Betfred for that matter, so there is room for improvement.
