Arsenal vs Sporting Tips, Champions League Predictions & Odds

It is the second night of the Champions League quarterfinals second legs, and we have got another banger of a game for you to watch. Arsenal is hosting Sporting Lisbon, and both teams will be hoping for a positive performance to get into the semifinals.
Last week saw a tight affair between the two teams with Arsenal ultimately coming out on top with a 1-0 victory. It is likely that the same will happen again here though as there needs to be a winner by the end of this game.
Arsenal vs Sporting Tips
Here are our top three football betting tips and the best free bets ahead of Wednesday evening's clash at The Emirates.
Tip 1: Arsenal to win & both teams to score
Arsenal has had a rough few weeks having lost the Carabao Cup, been knocked out of the FA Cup and losing to Bournemouth at home in the league. The only shining light was a solid 1-0 victory away to Sporting Lisbon in the first leg.
They now must finish the job at home but with little confidence around The Emirates it might be tougher than people think. Momentum seems to have swung against the Gunners, and the crowd seem to get nervous quickly.
The main positive for Arsenal is that they are going up against Sporting Lisbon side that they should beat comfortably. The Portuguese outfit are second in their league, behind Porto by five points but with a game in hand.
They did put a lot of effort into the first leg and did cause Arsenal problems, but it never felt like they were going to beat them. A similar outcome could come in this game although with Arsenal being jittery Sporting could get themselves a goal in this game.
Tip 2: Viktor Gyokeres to score anytime
Gyokeres has received quite a bit of criticism this season which seems unfair given that he has scored 18 goals in all competitions this season. The former Sporting Lisbon striker has looked powerful when he has played and could do with more assistance.
He is a solid bet given that he has scored four in his last five Premier League games and is on penalties with Saka out injured. He did struggle against his old team last week but with some better service he should get some opportunities in this game.
Tip 3: Gabriel Magalhaes 1+ shot on target, Maxi Araujo to be shown a card & Viktor Gyokeres to score anytime
Gabriel Magalhaes is always a threat for Arsenal despite being one of their main centre backs. Arsenal is always a threat at corners and free kicks, and Gabriel is one of the main targets. He should get some opportunities.
Maxi Araujo loves to get involved in a scrap whenever he can. The Uruguayan midfielder has had nine yellow cards and a red card in the league and then another three yellow cards in the Champions League.
Finally add Viktor Gyokeres to score anytime. The Swedish forward has looked good recently for Arsenal and Sweden. He is their main centre forward and should get some chances against this Sporting defence.
