Darts Tips: Premier League Berlin Week 8 Predictions & Odds

We’re seven weeks down and it’s beginning to look a little bit embarrassing for the man at the bottom of the table.
Josh Rock is rock bottom of the standings having faced every player once and losing to every player once — zero points from a whopping 35 available.
And what is the Northern Irishman’s reward in Berlin? That’s right, he’s up against top of the league Jonny Clayton in the first match of Thursday night.
Clayton — despite struggling with gout — has taken 19 points so far winning two nights and making another final and is the form player in the competition.
Will the “Ferret” race to another collection of points in Germany? Or can Rock finally break his unwanted streak?
Darts Tips: Premier League Berlin
Let’s take a look at some of the best darts tips for Thursday night
Josh Rock +1.5 handicap vs Jonny Clayton at 10/11 with bet365
Josh Rock is a big price with betting sites to beat Jonny Clayton on Thursday, and while we’re not quite ready to back Rock to get the outright win, he can definitely run the Welshman close.
Clayton was dumped out early doors in Dublin last week at the hands of Luke Humphries and going off the basis that Rock’s winless run can’t go on forever, then a +1.5 handicap on Rock looks good at 10/11.
Rock is still one of the most improved players on the PDC circuit over the last few years and surely due a positive run in the Premier League.
Luke Littler match win, highest checkout, most 180s vs Stephen Bunting at 11/8 with Paddy Power
After coming back from 5-0 down to beat Gerwyn Price 6-5 in last week’s Dublin final, Luke Littler’s tail is up coming into Berlin.
He’s second in the table and within striking distance of Clayton at the top, and will be licking his lips taking on Bunting on Thursday, a man he has beaten on six out of nine meetings.
Bunting has only got past the quarter-final stage on two occasions so far this season, and we’re expecting Littler to sweep the board en route to a comfortable victory.
Gian van Veen to beat Gerwyn Price at 11/8 with bet365
After withdrawing last week due to kidney stones, it’s now three weeks since Gian van Veen has picked up a point in the Premier League.
The young Dutchman is still holding his own in sixth in the standings, but is in the need of an upset win over Gerwyn Price on Thursday.
At 11/8 with bet365, we fancy this big price for Van Veen to get back to winning ways, as Price struggles to shrug off the demons from last week where he was pegged back by Littler.
